**Subject: Urgent Whistleblower Report – Missing Funds at Ordinance Fortlands NDC**

To the Guyana Anti-Corruption Network,

Good morning.

I am submitting this report as a whistleblower and respectfully request that my identity and profile photo be kept confidential.

I am a worker at the Ordinance Fortlands Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC). The Chairman of the NDC is Ramsundar Phagwah, who is the uncle of the school feeding coordinator, Mahendra Phagwah.

I wish to report that a significant amount of funds, approximately 10 million dollars, is missing from the NDC. Efforts are being made to prevent the public from learning about this matter. However, the Chairman was forced to resign due to being a suspect in connection with the missing funds and I was told the deputy Ray Ali will be the new chairman.

Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that the Chairman recently purchased a Mercedes Benz. He is also reportedly in a relationship with a worker at the NDC, for whom he bought a Honda Vezel.
